SIGNED Limited Edition book: "Walt Disney's Mickey Mouse - In Color". Published in 1988; and featuring the personal autograph signatures of BOTH Carl Barks (1901 - 2000; 4.5" signature) and Floyd Gottfredson 1905 - 1986; over-sized 8" signature; a rare treasure all its own!
These two gifted artists were the central figures in creating the Disney comic strips for Donald Duck and Mickey Mouse, respectively. This huge text is 13" x 17"; and has 247 pages in full color and black & white. Autograph / signature page includes removable clear page to protect the signatures. Among the highest quality publishing standards for any Disney text. Includes the original vinyl record of interviews with both Barks and Gottfredson, as conducted by Bruce Hamilton in 1983.
Issued by Another Rainbow Publishing, Inc. Very clean & sharp edition; worthy of the finest Walt Disney library or archive collection. Though the book was published in 1988, the autograph / signature page was signed shortly before the death of Floyd Gottfredson in 1986; to be hand placed in the book prior to stitching.
