You are purchasing an Artist Made Room Box Christmas Morning Tree Signed Floyd with a last name I can not read on the bottom begins with a L and has a date of 1991 and a #114 shown in the close up. Name of the home is Emma Bitowski it has a plaque with the name on the front.
Measures approx 12"h x9"x10" and the tree is approx 8" height. The front is a house decor is bricks, a door, and stairs, sides are shingled and the other side has a clear plastic lifted type door. Inside its a Christmas tree decorated some ornaments are handmade and some are westrim the little gold metal ones I recognize those. There is a little hand made Christmas tree that goes on the bottom shelf along with the sleeping cat. There is two glue spots down there one spot is definitely for that little tree the other is either the cat or the bear but I believe its the cat. The cat, bear, rocking horse and basket are all manufactured type items not hand made. Some of the items need to be glued back down in their spaces came up with age and being stored including the big tree part of it is still glued but I can lift part of it. The room box is in displayable condition. It has minor flaws and wear its vintage. The roof has a little nail hole on the side edge above the shingles shown in the close ups. All the shingles are on some have some minor wear and splinters.Minor paint loss areas to the outside its minor and shown in the close ups mostly on the grey part. The roof has some minor areas of wear and splinters/marks/dings. Minor soil age to the little items not dingy the bear has the most as its fuzzy material. The clear plastic has some wear and scratches. No broken part or cracks.
Minor tarnish to the door known. One of the roof nails is sticking up a bit its minor.Minor wear/rubs to the paint. The roof has the little lines in the paint. The brown side edges on the outside minor wear minor scratches/marks.
